It is a floral scent. It is an orchid flower. After being discovered in the field of health, the supply becomes unable to meet the demand. Due to its exceptional structure, vanilla, which cannot be grown outside of Mexico, has become a serious agenda for a while. It blooms for 2 months in the first months of spring; blooming flowers can only live for 24 hours. Only the first eight hours are important for fertilization. The French, on the other hand, approached this issue differently. They took this plant to the island of Reunion and ensured fertilization by outside intervention. In the early 2000s, 200 tons of vanilla were exported from this island in a year, but this much vanilla does not meet the world's demand. Because vanilla has started to be used in many areas in biscuits, chocolate, and perfume. In 1858, vanillin molecules were separated and synthetic vanillin began to be produced. Today, it is known that vanilla is used in about 18 thousand different areas. Today, only 1% of our vanilla needs can be met with natural vanilla.
